One of the best things that you can do for yourself is to surround yourself with good people. This is true in life, as well as in business. No matter what organization you lead or what industry you’re in, it’s the people who matter the most.
In this episode, Paul talks about going beyond the team he has in place to do the day-to-day work of production, to the ones you may have to rely on for the intangibles. When he had his stroke, the folks that took over for him administratively helped move the business along and they were crucial aspects to keep it afloat during his hospitalization and recovery.
