Why Live Event Services?

During the pandemic, our owner leaned into his live television broadcast background to provide a service that would help organizations fundraise from the comfort of their office and home in a professional manner. From there, we developed a system and incorporated software that would help with the broadcast as well as customize the program for fully online as well as hybrid live streams. When the pandemic was coming to a close the needs for multi-camera recording didn’t die down so we continued to provide the creativity and resources in a cost-efficient manner to the organizations who need it.

On Site Recording of Event

We have a complete system to capture the audio and video of your event in a multi-camera set-up. We have built great relationships with most of the venues in the Greater Lansing Area and can set up to provide Audio/Visual support as well as as document the entire event. If you want more than what the venue can provide, we have a strategic partnership with OnStage Visuals to provide the A/V boost you need. This is perfect for seminars, trainings, celebrations and fundraisers.

Livestream Needs

As we found out during the pandemic, people like to watch from the comfort of their home and you event is accessible to wider audience by broadcasting it live. So we customize our platforms to sync your program to send it over the web to get to who it has to. We work with your Zoom, Facebook Live, YouTube Live or whatever to create a completely original production for your audience. We can also bring people in live to give presentations, accept awards or incorporate pre-produced video and music to give it that polished touch. We have developed programming for completely online and on site multi-day conferences or advocacy days at the Capitol.

Quick Presentation Packages

Sometimes, you don’t need an entire production team with multiple cameras to help with your presentation, but it still would be nice not to worry about your program’s technical end. This service is excellent for small breakfast fundraisers or speaking events. We can staff and plug into the venue to get the best out of your presentation so that you can focus on the people who came and delivered your presentation. We will work with you to get all the information, key up all the elements to work smoothly within the venue you choose and give you peace of mind as you focus on what the moment is all about.

Note: This service is intended to use audio output provided by the facility. 

Presentation Package 1 – $350

Includes:

1 Technical director

Complete management of PowerPoint Slides, videos, and Branding elements.

Set up an hour prior or the day before. We will work with the client on the timing of presentation.

Complete integration with projector/screens/audio in the room.

Any Additional hours after the first one will be at $125/hour

Presentation Package 2 – $650

Includes:

1 Technical director, 1 Camera person

Complete management of PowerPoint Slides, videos, and Branding elements.

Set up an hour prior or the day before. We will work with the client on the timing of the presentation.

Complete integration with projector/screens/audio in the room.

Recording of the event and trimming of it after.

Any Additional hours after the first one will be at $200/hour
