UnoDeuce VIDEO: Behind the Camera Episode 8: Cooking With Cathy

In this episode of Behind the Camera, Paul reflects on the 10-year run of producing Cooking With Cathy.

Cooking with Cathy was a successful regional cable television program that focused on traditional Italian family recipes. At one point, it had a viewership of about 250,000 and was seen in eight communities. This is the story about how it all came about.
