Deucey Award 2021

The Deucey Awards began in 2012, inspired by the Dundees, from an episode of The Office. Our intern at the time came up with the idea as a way to give back to our clients and promote their organizations as much as possible. Everyone likes winning something, right?
We will be celebrating the 10th year of the Deucey Awards on April 1, 2022.

How They Work

We review all the videos that we created in the last year. We only choose videos that our clients have already published and used. We would never showcase a client’s video before they have launched it themselves

We place each video in one of the following four

  • Most Informational
  • Most Inspirational
  • Most Entertaining
  • Most Oustanding

Our team picks our top five favorites for each category and then we let the public vote and decide on the winners. Each week in April we announce a new category and the selected 5 videos and watch the voting begin.

One of the most entertaining aspects of the awards is that we give the people a voice and a choice and allow our clients to stack their votes and promote themselves. People can vote as many times as they want for as many videos as they want. There have been some very intense competition over the years with some very eager voters – which makes it all the more fun.

In May of each year, we announce the winners and do follow-up interviews with each one. In addition to bragging rights, each winner gets a trophy and superior social media and marketing coverage.

“I‘m always flattered and a bit surprised when I go to the offices of our winners and see their trophies proudly displayed along with their other accolades. From the very first year, the Deucey Awards became a much bigger hit than any of us could have imagined.” Paul Schmidt, Owner.

Check out these interviews with current winners.
Many, many thanks to all of the organizations we have the opportunity to work with. These are the most wonderful and impactful stories from the last year. Congratulations to all of the winners, especially the first-time winners. We are also very appreciative to our voters and everyone who made these endeavors possible. We look forward to working with you in the future to create more awesome videos.
